In this workshop, participants will be introduced to the power of “Yes and” as the starting point for creativity. Participants will practice using the language of Yes And through improvisational exercises while also exploring the deeper meaning behind it – suspending judgment, co-creating with others, listening intently, and accepting more than blocking. In this first workshop, we will also discuss the myths of creativity that may be showing up as roadblocks in our creative lives.
