Amber Fields is a culture enthusiast committed to helping businesses drive results through their most valued asset, PEOPLE. She is intentional about creating culture where people want to be a part of the mission & vision every day. Amber has been the lead culture advocate and advisor to nonprofits and business leaders in our community to help them be efficient, stay competitive, cutting-edge & innovative. She is a dynamic connector, bringing all the right people to the table to achieve desired results. She is passionate about leadership development that allows for people and businesses to reach their highest potential. She is a philanthropist who cares deeply about serving the community through building awareness, raising funds and providing resources to help organizations like Damar Services, The Dove Recovery House, Hope Anchor & Crew and other organizations.
Amber is an Indiana native and received her under grad at the University of Indianapolis. She is the podcast host of The Courageous Love Podcast. She has been married to her husband Daniel for 18 years, has five beautiful kids and resides in Fishers, IN.

Kristin came to trueU because she wanted to live out her passion for marketing and helping business grow. She believes she is her best self when she is serving her team and the trueU Community and providing them with the tools and resources to make them successful. trueU allows her to do her best work and share her wisdom and experience.
Her role at trueU is to lead the marketing and communications strategy and help trueU companies scale and utilize trueU resources and offerings.
Before trueU, Kristin worked at Pearson Education, driving global business growth. She has more than 20 years’ experience in global marketing across technology, publishing, and educational services industries.
She is an avid Foo Fighters fan and loves live music. It stirs her creative soul! In her free time she can be found gardening, charming bees, and spending time with her husband and daughter. She serves in the community at Brooke’s Place and St. Augustine Home for the Aged.
Program Manager
Marisa was drawn to trueU because of her desire to be a part of an organization whose main purpose is to help other people become the best version of themselves.
In her role at trueU, Marisa is responsible for administration and operations of the Leadeship Academy and seeveral other learning initiatives.
Prior to joining the trueU team, Marisa enjoyed being a stay-at-home mom for 21 years to their three children, Ben, Rachel and Will.
In her free time, Marisa enjoys all things Purdue, reading, (and audio books), yoga, walking on the Monon Trail and learning something new every day.

Jennifer Coldiron is an engagement enthusiast. She is committed to helping trueU members and partners maximize their experience in order to build culture and develop their people. Building strong partnerships, collaboration, and having fun at work is essential to her. She is passionate about developing people and preparing them for the next step in their career.
Jennifer lives in Westfield with her husband Jasen and their fur-baby Piper Grace. She loves all things Purdue, getting lost in a good book, and believes even a cloudy day at the beach is still a good day.

Karina joined the TrueU team to have the opportunity to serve members and give them the tools they need to be successful. Building strong bonds and meaningful relationships are a must for her. She also looks forward to pursuing her passion for incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion into the community and workplace culture.
Karina resides in Fountain Square in downtown Indianapolis. She's an amazing cook and avid meal prepper. She enjoys playing sports, working out, and watching any classic film with Barbara Stanwyck in it. Family time is also a favorite of hers. She's a Hoosier for life!

As Chief Learning Officer at DEFENDERS, Mike fueled rapid expansion for the company by casting a vision of making talent the engine for growth. Under his leadership, DEFENDERS’ Leadership & Development department was recognized by Training Magazine as the 17th Top Training organization in the world.
