In fact, we are programmed by our DNA to go to flight, fight or freeze when challenging situations arise. Each day leaders are expected to solve countless problems as well as lead others in doing the same. All too often they get pulled down with either thinking or hearing such things as there are never enough resources or something isn’t possible.
