Manager Essentials: Equipping Your Front-Line Managers to Lead

Webinar

In this interactive webinar, we will share the business case for developing front-line leaders and review strategies for setting them up for success. Are your new managers equipped to lead their teams and the results they’ve been charged with?  Employees are often promoted to manager because they are highly competent at what they do, and organizations assume that these new leaders will continue to perform at the same level in the new role. Unfortunately, organizations often fail to recognize and acknowledge the transition from individual contributor to managing others. To set new managers up for success, they must have the opportunity to explore and grow into these new competencies.   REGISTER: MANAGER ESSENTIALS

Developing an Ownership Mentality to Drive Results In this webinar, participants will explore what an accountability mindset is, evaluate their own status, and learn techniques to effectively shift to an accountability mindset that will inspire others to follow. There’s lots of talk about the importance of being accountable, but taking accountability doesn’t come naturally. In fact, we are programmed by our DNA to go to flight, fight or freeze when challenging situations arise. Each day leaders are expected to solve countless problems as well as lead others in doing the same. All too often they get pulled down with either thinking or hearing such things as there are never enough resources or something isn’t possible.   REGISTER: ACCOUNTABILITY FOR LEADERS
