Cultivate a Creative Mindset

We are excited to offer this unique program designed by Beth St. Clair In improvisational comedy, actors use the concept of “Yes and” to create momentum and move the scene forward. In this workshop, participants will be introduced to the power of “Yes and” as the starting point for creativity. Participants will practice using the language of Yes And through improvisational exercises while also exploring the deeper meaning behind it – suspending judgment, co-creating with others, listening intently, and accepting more than blocking. In this first workshop, we will also discuss the myths of creativity that may be showing up as roadblocks in our creative lives. You will be introduced to the five Team Success Factors— Results, Commitment, Communication, Process, and Trust—and how they provide the framework in which teams successfully work together. Learners align effective behaviors to the success factors. Learners diagnose their team’s performance using the Team Success Factors Survey. Learners identify the processes they’d like to see their team improve.
