This is the third and final course in the Leading Teams – Badge Certification Program. You will be introduced to the five Team Success Factors— Results, Commitment, Communication, Process, and Trust—and how they provide the framework in which teams successfully work together. Learners align effective behaviors to the success factors. Learners diagnose their team’s performance using the Team Success Factors Survey. Learners identify the processes they’d like to see their team improve. Learners identify one Team Success Factor to work on with their team and use the Team Resource Guide to begin to develop an action plan.
