At Renovia, we’re focused on relationships, our core values, and building a culture that is second to none.
Our team is preparing for our mid-year retreat for 2023. We will be going on a Homes of Hope home build in Tijuana, Mexico. The retreat is not our typical retreat. It will be full of meaningful conversations about work, life, and growth as we serve together to build homes for families.
Since our retreat is an employee-only event, we wanted to give you an inside look at how our company culture shows up in all areas of our lives.

Our leadership team recognizes the importance of a healthy work-life balance and that providing people with the opportunity to recharge produces better results.
