This Quarter’s People Ops/Human Resources session is all about "Renewing for 2024", which couldn't come at a better time. We know that this past quarter (and maybe even the whole of 2023) has been tough on all of us. That's why we're grateful to have Tony Sanders come and share some invaluable insights on burnout and self-care.  We can't stress enough the importance of taking care of ourselves, especially during these challenging times. It's easy to get caught up in work and forget about our own well-being, but it's crucial that we prioritize our physical, mental, and emotional health.  Tony will be guiding us through some practical tips and techniques for self-care.
