Program Guide

Leaders have in person and virtual access to program guides to help monitor progress and keep classes running smoothly.

3-Month Program

Multi-company cohorts of leaders who learn together and bring the power of community to life.

Customized Content

42 hours of content tailored specifically to mid-level managers who either lead with their influence or manage a team.

Certified Facilitators

All of our facilitators are professionally trained, certified, and experienced in teaching our LIT content.

The Ideal Candidate

You’ve been a people leader for at least 12 months.
You’ve had some previous leadership development experience.
You want to refine your tactical skills — for yourself and your team.
You want to strengthen your ability to drive results for your department and company.
You want to lead more effectively.
You are a Graduate of our Emerging Leader Program (not a requirement).
