Today they have offices throughout Indiana: Avon, Bloomington, Lafayette, and Kokomo. Electric Plus is now at $215M with over 875 team members. In 2024, the company converted to an ESOP. Electrici Plus has been recognized as a “Best Places to Work” for 6 years in a row.
JASON ELLS has spent the last 27 years building a career around two things he loves most: concrete and people. As President of Custom Concrete, he leads with a people-first mindset, believing that strong relationships are the foundation of every successful project. He works closely with home builders, general contractors, and teams across the industry to continuously improve processes, share knowledge, and improve quality —because every great structure starts with a solid foundation. A passionate advocate for workforce development, Jason is focused on making Custom Concrete a destination employer where talented individuals can always have their last first day.
KATE VIENNA has been the CEO and Visionary of Bramwell-McKay Property Services and Consultants since late 2024. She leads a full time team of industry-leading craftsmen and consultants performing work in seven states with services across the US. Two members on staff have the distinction of being 40-year Master Masons. Kate has a history in the skilled trades, and an entrepreneurial background in business and consulting and is a MCAA committee member for trade careers and education.
