Kickoff &
Program Overview
Leaders will:

- Connect with your fellow program participants.
DISC
Management
Using a DiSC Management Assessment, leaders will:
- Discover your leadership strengths and weaknesses.
- Gain more self-awareness and insights.
- Use this information to improve operations and teamwork within your organization.
Strategic Thinking &
Decision Making
Leaders receive specific tools to:
- Use strategic thinking to resolve issues within your team or organization.
- Discover a 7-step process that you can implement to quickly get your team on the same page and focused on solutions.
Coaching Skills
for Leaders
In this interactive class, leaders learn:
- What coaching is and is not.
- Tactical skills in peer-to-peer practice sessions.
- The right questions to ask to employees to coach, instead of solve, their issues.
Adaptive Leadership &
Change
This two part class will show leaders:
- How to adapt your management style to each unique situation so you can meet the needs of your team.
- How to use specific tools to deal with and lead through change.
- Techniques to deliver positive change messages.
Inclusive Leadership &
Presentation Skills
In Inclusive Leadership, leaders:
- Develop an awareness of Inward and Outward Bias and how those can affect the way we show up in the world and ultimately impact you and your organization.
- Specific skills needed to present and communicate more effectively.
- Insights to prepare for a successful Capstone Presentation.
Capstone Presentation & Graduation
Leaders share the impact of what they’ve learned and how they plan to apply it with their managers and company representatives.
Leaders will Graduate immediately following each of their Team Capstone Presentation.
The Ideal Candidate
- You’ve been a people leader for at least 12 months.
- You’ve had some previous leadership development experience.
- You want to refine your tactical skills — for yourself and your team.
- You want to strengthen your ability to drive results for your department and company.
- You want to lead more effectively.
- You are a Graduate of our Emerging Leader Program (not a requirement).
