Kickoff &
DiSC
Using the DISC Assessment, leaders will:
- Learn how to leverage strengths and identify blind spots based on DISC style.
- Gain an understanding the role of leaders & the importance of trust.
- Discover the key competencies needed for success.
Emotional
Intelligence
In this interactive course, leaders will:
- Gain an honest awareness of self and how their behavior impacts others.
- Develop an understanding of how to leverage emotional intelligence in challenging situations
- Discover tactics to improve leadership and relationships through emotional intelligence.
Outward
Inclusion
In this powerful course, leaders:
- Gain an understanding of the nuances of inclusion.
- Learn how to incorporate inclusiveness into their thinking, plans, and actions.
Strengths Based
Leadership
Using the Clifton Strengths Finder assessment, leaders will:
- Learn to recognized their biggest gifts and talents
- How to put them to use both in the workplace and at home.
- Learn to recognize, appreciate, and leverage the strengths of others

Utilizing the The Five Behaviors Personal Development Assessment, leaders will understand the 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team:

Navigating Change &
Personal Development
In this two-part class, leaders will:
- Be given tools to navigate change within their organization.
- Understand the nuances of managing change.
- Take part in a Personal Development Plan designed to help them set goals for themselves as leaders.
Graduation
Program Participants celebrate the completion of this program with their leaders and company leadership.
The Ideal Candidate
- You have less than 12 months experience in leading others or you are a high-performing individual contributor.
- You have had limited leadership development experience.
- You lead and influence informally.
- You have a desire to gain the self-awareness you need to lead effectively.
