Program Overview
Program Kickoff & DiSC Work of Leaders
Using the framework of Vision, Alignment, and Execution, this course will help participants:
- Understand their leadership styles & how they impact their effectiveness.
- Uncover their unique DISC leadership style and adapt it to provide a clear, actionable path to more effective leadership.
Driving Change &
Talent Strategies
Using the Talent Strategies model, leaders will:
- Assess themselves and their team members based on the three facets.
- Apply these tenets within your team and across the organization.
- Examine the cycle of change and how people experience it.
- Explore de-railer and strategies to drive success.
Culture
Building
In this course Leaders will:
- Learn a framework for creating and leveraging culture in the workplace.
- Discover the three P’s of Culture: Purpose, People, Process.
- Be equipped to amplify your purpose, prioritize your people, and simplify workplace processes.
Legacy Leadership & Working Genius
In this course, participants will:
- Explore the leadership framework and beliefs.
- Identify practices of effective leaders and discuss their significance.
- Recognize their own behaviors within the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership.
360°
Feedback
In this program leaders will
- Reflect on their use of a broad range of highly effective approaches to leadership.
- Receive constructive 360 feedback on their leadership approaches.Discover three personalized strategies to help them become a more effective leader.
Professional Communication
Leaders will learn:
- What it takes to successfully present to any audience.
- Specific skills needed to communicate and present ideas efficiently and effectively.
- The power of preparation!
Capstone Presentation & Graduation
Leaders share the impact of what they've learned and how they plan to apply it with their managers and company representatives. The program concludes with a graduation to celebrate all leaders.
The Ideal Candidate
- You’ve been a people leader for at least 24 months.
- You have had significant leadership experience.
- You have a broad span of influence in the organization.
- You are a Graduate of LIT, PAL or Leading Others. (not required)
- You have a desire to strengthen your strategic skills to lead your teams more effectively.
