1. DISC Assessment
Look for an email from trueU Online Access Code to take your DiSC Assessment.
Check your Spam/Junk folders and reach out to Marisa if you need the email resent.
Bring a printed copy of your results with you to the first day of class.
2. ELP Self-Assessment
- Use the link below to complete the assessment.
- Your Self-Assessment will only be seen by the ELP Program Managers. We do not share your answers with your Manager.

Class 1: Kickoff and DiSC

9a - 4p, coffee, water, and lunch will be provided
Class will be held in the Theater, just inside the far right entrance of the Launch Fishers building.
Bring a printed copy of your DiSC Assessment.
Be camera read on the first day of class, we'll be taking your headshot.
Dress is business casual/casual.
Bring a refillable water and/or coffee thermos.

Class 2: Emotional Intelligence
- Take the Emotional Intelligence Assessment, using the link below.
- Complete by Thursday, July 2.
- Only take the assessment ONE time.
You do NOT need to print the assessment results, the facilitator will hand them out in class.
This is a self-assessment of your emotional intelligence competencies. You are taking this for your professional development as a leader. The results will be confidential between us (though you are welcome to share with others).
Notes:- The questionnaire will take around 10-15 minutes.
- You should take it all at once, without interruptions.
- As you answer, please think about the last few months of your work.

Class 5: Strengths-Based Leadership & Accountability
Strengths Finder Assessment - Due August 13
Take the Clifton Strengths Assessment using the code in the back of the Strengths Finder book we gave you the first day of class.
Follow the instructions below and bring a Printed Copy of your TOP 5 Report, along with your Strength’s Finder book to class.
We will not have access to your report, so you will need to ensure that you have your printed Top Five report with you to get the most out of this class.
- Locate the RED envelope at the back of the book with your unique access code.
- Redeem your code at https://press.gallup.com/code/sf2
- A Gallup account will need to be created with your email address.
- Take the assessment – please allow 20-30 minutes for completion.
- Select “View my Reports” to select and print your TOP 5 Report.
- Print and bring your report and book to class.

One Word, Quote & Reflection Assignment - Due Thurs, September 3.
- Work on your ELP One Word, Quote & Reflection Assignment, linked below.
- The Reflection Questions are in the back of the first section of your binder and they are the same as the questions on the Online document (linked below)
- We recommend that you type your answers to the assignment on a Word Document, then copy and paste them into the online version.
- Your ELP One Word and Quote will be shown on the screen at the ELP Graduation.
- The completed Assignment will be sent to your manager after you graduate from ELP.

2:30 pm – 3 pm: Break-You can use the Launch Fisher Lobby to rest, take calls etc.
3 pm – 4 pm: ELP Graduation Ceremony
