Be Camera Read on the first day of class, we’ll be taking your headshot!
Dress is business casual/casual.
Bring a refillable water and/or coffee thermos.

Class 2: Emotional Intelligence
- Take the Emotional Intelligence Assessment. Check your Kickoff Post Class Email for the link.
- Complete by Friday, August 15.
- Please take the assessment ONE time.

You do NOT need to print the assessment results, the facilitator will hand them out in class.
This is a self-assessment of your emotional intelligence competencies. You are taking this for your professional development as a leader. The results will be confidential between us (though you are welcome to share with others).
Notes:- The questionnaire will take around 10-15 minutes.
- You should take it all at once, without interruptions.
- As you answer, please think about the last few months of your work.

- Take the assessment in the back of the Strengths Finder book we gave you at the last class.

- Print your top 5 Strengths, use the instructions we gave you in class.

- Work on your Individual Reflection Assignment, linked below.
- The Reflection contains your One Word and ELP Quote for Graduation.
