Class 2: Emotional Intelligence
- Take the Emotional Intelligence Assessment
- Complete by Friday, February 21.
Please take the assessment ONE time.
You do NOT need to print the assessment results, the facilitator will hand them out in class.
This is a self-assessment of your emotional intelligence competencies. You are taking this for your professional development as a leader. The results will be confidential between us (though you are welcome to share with others).
Notes:- The questionnaire will take around 10-15 minutes.
- You should take it all at once, without interruptions.
- As you answer, please think about the last few months of your work.

- Work on your Individual Reflection Assignment, linked below.
- The Reflection contains your One Word and ELP Quote for Graduation.
- Due April 30, 2025.

12:00p – 2:30p – My Personal Development Plan
2:30p – 3:00p – Break – You can use the Launch Fisher Lobby to rest, take calls etc.
3:00p – 4:00p – ELP Graduation Ceremony
