1. DISC Assessment
Look for an email from trueU Online Access Code to take your DiSC Assessment.
Check your Spam/Junk folders and reach out to Marisa if you need the email resent.
Bring a printed copy of your results with you to the first day of class.
2. ELP Self-Assessment
- Use the link below to complete the assessment.
- Your Self-Assessment will only be seen by the ELP Program Managers. We do not share your answers with your Manager.June 11

Class 1: Kickoff and DiSC

9a - 4p, coffee, water, and lunch will be provided
Class will be held in the Theater, just inside the far right entrance of the Launch Fishers building.
Bring a printed copy of your DiSC Assessment.
Be camera read on the first day of class, we'll be taking your headshot.
Dress is business casual/casual.
Bring a refillable water and/or coffee thermos.

Class 2: Emotional Intelligence
- Take the Emotional Intelligence Assessment, using the link below.
- Complete by Thursday, July 2.
- Only take the assessment ONE time.
You do NOT need to print the assessment results, the facilitator will hand them out in class.
This is a self-assessment of your emotional intelligence competencies. You are taking this for your professional development as a leader. The results will be confidential between us (though you are welcome to share with others).
Notes:- The questionnaire will take around 10-15 minutes.
- You should take it all at once, without interruptions.
- As you answer, please think about the last few months of your work.

Class 5: Strengths-Based Leadership & Accountability
Strengths Finder Assessment - Due August 13.
- Take the assessment in the back of the Strengths Finder book we gave you at the last class
- Print your top 5 Strengths, use the instructions we gave you in class.
One Word, Quote & Reflection Assignment - Due Thurs, September 3.
- Work on your ELP One Word, Quote & Reflection Assignment, linked below.
- The Reflection Questions are in the back of the first section of your binder and they are the same as the questions on the Online document (linked below)
- We recommend that you type your answers to the assignment on a Word Document, then copy and paste them into the online version.
- Your ELP One Word and Quote will be shown on the screen at the ELP Graduation.
- The completed Assignment will be sent to your manager after you graduate from ELP.
