Capstone Presentations

  • Email Marisa if you have additional leaders from your company you'd like to invite to your Capstone and Graduation (other than your manager who will automatically be invited).

Part 1: Group Presentation, 30 Minutes/Group:

Leaders will be placed in a Capstone Group with a few other leaders.

All leaders will attend all presentations.

Managers and company leaders will be invited to attend to support you.

Groups will choose one of the Advanced Leader classes to present on.

  • DiSC Work of Leaders
  • Driving Change
  • Talent Strategies
  • Culture Building
  • Legacy Leadership
  • Working Genius

Each group will have 30 minutes for both Part 1 and Part 2.

As a team, you will answer the following key questions about the class you’ve selected.

  1.  What were the main concepts taught in the class?
  2. Why do these concepts matter?
  3. Each Leader: Each team member needs to discuss how they have individually used the concepts from this one class, in their leadership, on their team, or in their organization. What were the most important lessons you’ve learned and applied from this class?

 * Emphasis on your Team Presentation should be on Question Three.

Part 2: Personal Reflection 2-3 minutes/Leader:

After your Team’s 20-minute Presentation, each leader will present a 2-minute Personal Reflection about the impact the Advanced Leader Program has had on your leadership.

Your Individual Reflection assignment & the Class Reflections pages that follow will help you prepare for Part 2 of your Capstone.
