  • For the Feedback 360 Class: Look for the post-class email from Marisa with the Spreadsheet and Raters Info.
  • Send your Excel spreadsheet with a list of Raters to Marisa by Monday, October 14, 2024

  • Read the book “Who Killed Change”.
  • Focus on the chapter you chose in Class.

Class 6: Professional Communication

  • We’ll talk about all the nitty-gritty stuff that gets in the way of us presenting well, and you’ll walk away with tools you can use immediately! 
    Here’s what to expect: 
    You’ll be given time to work on, practice, rehearse, and receive coaching on your Capstone Presentation
  • Come with your ideas, and you’ll be given a framework, presentation elements, audience engagement, and delivery suggestions. 
  • Come with an open heart and mind, and don’t forget to pack your sense of humor!
  • Continue working on your Individual Reflection Assignment, due January 15, 2025.
  • Continue working on your Capstone Presentation

Class 7: Capstone Presentations @ Launch Fishers

  • Email Marisa if you have additional leaders from your company you’d like to invite to your Capstone and Graduation (other than your manager who will automatically be invited).

Part 1: Group Presentation, 30 Minutes/Group:

Leaders will be placed in a Capstone Group with a few other leaders.

All leaders will attend all presentations.

Managers and company leaders will be invited to attend to support you.

Groups will choose one of the Advanced Leader classes to present on.

  • DiSC Work of Leaders
  • Driving Change
  • Talent Strategies
  • Culture Building
  • Systems Thinking
  • Legacy Leadership
  • Working Genius

As a whole group, you will present on the following key questions about the class you’ve selected.

  • What were the most important lessons or concepts from this class?
  • Provide examples from the real world – good and not good.
  • What are the benefits of leveraging these concepts?
  • What are the risks of not applying these concepts?
  •  Individual application – each leader answers: How will you apply the concepts from the workshop in your own leadership?

Part 2: Personal Reflection 2-3 minutes/Leader:

At the end of the 30-minute Group Presentation, each leader will present a 2–3-minute Personal Reflection about the impact of the Advanced Leader program.

Your Individual Reflection assignment & the Class Reflections pages will help you prepare for this.

Advanced Leader Graduation!

January 22, 2025

Immediately following the last Capstone, we will hold our Graduation Ceremony from approximately 11:15 am to 12:00 pm.

We look forward to celebrating you and all you’ve accomplished over the past three months!
