Quenay Mills brings more than 15 years of comprehensive Human Resources experience spanning healthcare, manufacturing, and consulting industries. Before launching her HR career, Quenay worked as an employment law paralegal, where she gained a deep understanding of employment regulations and compliance — a foundation that continues to inform her work and serves as the cornerstone of her expertise today.

As a Certified Facilitator, Quenay has led numerous leadership development and compliance initiatives designed to strengthen organizational culture and enhance operational effectiveness. Her professional accomplishments include developing and facilitating leadership training programs to support succession planning, auditing and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance, and redesigning onboarding processes to improve efficiency and employee engagement.

Quenay holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Concordia University Wisconsin and a Master’s Degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. She also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.

A lifelong resident of Indianapolis, Quenay enjoys attending elite cheerleading competitions with her daughter, crafting, and spending time with her daughters and bonus son.
