“I’ve worked across various industries throughout my career, gaining extensive experience in communicating with professionals at all levels. My time in the staffing industry ignited a passion for helping large and small organizations attract, engage, empower, and retain top talent. For me, it was all about ‘making the ideal match.’ I never anticipated becoming a professional matchmaker, but that’s exactly what I found myself doing!  Transitioning from staffing to corporate HR deepened my love for mentoring and empowering employees to discover and leverage their ‘professional voices.’ I am truly passionate about helping individuals grow, both professionally and personally. This commitment to serving others has allowed me to build genuine rapport with colleagues and business partners alike. Whether working with internal teams or external partners, they trust me to help solve their challenges and achieve their goals.  Being of service fills my cup, both personally and professionally. Guided by my Christian principles, I strive to foster integrity and compassion in all my professional interactions. My strong faith and personal values serve as the foundation of my work ethic and leadership style.”

Nicole has successfully hired, trained, and mentored numerous HR teams throughout her career.
