She specializes in talent attraction, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and company culture with a passion for helping organizations solve complex people challenges and retain top talent.

Nicole has led initiatives in onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and culture transformation, often customizing solutions for small- to mid-sized organizations. She has mentored HR teams, supported organizational change, and facilitated leadership alignment, helping clients enhance efficiency, engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness.

She has served in leadership roles with the Indy Chamber Ambassadors and the American Staffing Association. Known for her integrity, mentorship, and commitment to serving others, Nicole has been recognized as “Paralegal of the Year” and “Volunteer of the Year” for her professional and community contributions.

A proud Hoosier, Nicole earned her BA in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Indiana University – Bloomington and a Paralegal Certificate in Corporate Finance and Business Law.
