Karina joined the trueU team to serve members and provide the culture tools they need to achieve success. She values building strong bonds and meaningful relationships and is passionate about weaving diversity and a sense of belonging into both community and workplace cultures.

Karina brings a unique perspective to the team as a member of the trueU DEIB Taskforce and as an Indy Chamber Ambassador. She is a philanthropist, mentor, and proud servant of God.

Karina lives in Fountain Square with her cat, Gia. In her free time, you’ll often find her in the kitchen cooking, enjoying a good group workout—whether it’s dance, volleyball, or basketball—or spending quality time with family.
