This workshop is designed to provide in-depth information including tips, strategies, and action plans to help leaders become more effective in the workplace. The objective for this workshop is to provide the organization with a clear understanding of their individual communication styles and how they complement or contradict the team dynamic.
Each participant will complete an Everything DiSC assessment to help each team member, and the team as a whole, understand how they scored on the assessment and how to interpret their individual and team results. Each member will also have access to the team viewer where they can learn more about each team member’s DiSC and how best to communicate with that person. The workshop is customized based on the organization’s specific assessment results and tailored to your team’s desired outcomes.
