In the workplace:

Kyle has 25 years of progressive executive leadership in hospital administration, having served as President/CEO with responsibilities for 60 bed, 250 bed and 950 bed hospitals. Kyle has had a wide range of leadership experiences, including hospital startups, turnarounds, psychiatric/substance abuse facilities, general community hospitals and large academic trauma centers. Prior to joining trueU Kyle served for six years as President of St.Vincent Indianapolis Hospital, where he led operations for this 950 bed, $1.3 billion healthcare organization with more than 5,500 employees and 1,500 physicians. He had oversight for St.Vincent Indianapolis Hospital, St.Vincent Women’s Hospital, St.Vincent Stress Center, Seton Specialty Hospitals and Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at St.Vincent.

Kyle received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Xavier University, Cincinnati; his Master of Hospital and Health Administration (MHA) from Xavier University, Cincinnati; and his Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Anderson University, Anderson, Ind.

In the community:

Kyle serves on boards for Anderson University, Indiana Youth Institute and Anderson First Church of the Nazarene. He is also on the advisory board for EDGE Mentoring.

In the home:

Kyle has been married to Dana for 28 years, and together they have two sons — Cameron and Clayton. Kyle enjoys spending time with his family, attending church, reading, golf, travel, exercise and mentoring.
