In the workplace:

Gretchen brings to trueU more than 20 years of experience with building strategic training and enablement initiatives for small and mid size technology companies as well as Fortune 500 companies. She is experienced in sales and marketing, and she is a certified Pragmatic Marketing professional. She has specialized expertise in leadership management, performance reviews, diversity initiatives, conflict resolution, workplace communication, disciplinary performance plans, instructional design of learning and development programs, instruction and facilitation, and meeting planning. 

In the community:

Gretchen serves on the board of Pass the Torch for the Mentoring Women’s Network. She is a leader on the Continuation Committee for Christ Renews His Parish, a youth group minister at St. Louis de Monfort Catholic Parish and a coach for youth basketball and soccer at the Fishers YMCA.   

In the home:

Gretchen is married to the love of her life, Phil. They have three children (Isabella, Josef and Samuel) and two dogs (Mila & Hilde). Gretchen enjoys everything Disney, eating good food, spending time with her family and friends, reading, watching movies and traveling.
