LIT Class Schedule
Leaders are required to attend all classes
Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis

Wednesday, March 4, 2026 - LIT Pre-Work Assignments Due
1. DiSC Management Assessment
- Look for an email from trueU Online Access Code to take your DiSC Assessment.
- Check your Spam/Junk folders and reach out to Marisa if you need the email resent.
- Bring a printed copy of your results with you to the first day of class.
2. LIT Self-Assessment with the link below.
- Use the link below to take your assessment.
- Your Self-Assessment will only be seen by the LIT Program Managers, Sam and Marisa. We do not share them with your Manager.

Class 1: Kickoff and DiSC Management

9a - 4p, coffee, water and lunch will be provided
Class will be held in the Theater, just inside the far right entrance of the Launch Fishers building.
- Bring a printed copy of your DiSC Assessment.
- Be camera read on the first day of class, we'll be taking your headshot.
- Attire is casual/business casual.
- Bring a refillable water and/or coffee thermos.

Class 4: Adaptive Leadership & Managing Change
1. Complete the SLII Assessment by Wednesday April 22.
- A link to take the assessment will be emailed to you from Samuel G. Thompson - Blanchard Exchange.
- Check your junk/spam folders and reach out to Marisa if you need the link sent again.
- We will have your assessment results, you do NOT need to print them.
2. Read the Switch Book. Check your email for a PDF with the section you signed up for.
Be prepared to "teach back" on your section. You will be given a time with your group to discuss who will be leading discussion around each habit.
THURSDAY, May 7, 2026
Class 5: Inclusive Leadership
- Be prepared to give us your Capstone topic by the end of class today.
- Begin working on your Individual Reflection Assignment, due Thursday, May 28.
- Using a Word Doc, write out your answers to the Reflection questions in your binder.
- Then later in the program, click the link below to copy and paste your answers into the online document
Class 6: Presentation Skills
Sam will deliver Presentation Skill content in the morning.
Come prepared to work with your Capstone Team to build your presentation.
You will be given time in the afternoon to present a small portion of your work.
In order to prepare you for your Capstone, come to the Presentation Skills Class prepared to discuss the following questions.
- What were the main concepts taught in the class your team chose?
- Why do these concepts matter?
- Each Leader: How have you individually used the class concepts in your team, organization or leadership. What were the most important lessons you’ve learned and applied from this class.
The emphasis for your Team Presentation should be on Question #3.
Requirements to Graduate from LIT

Details about the One Word, Quote & Reflection Assignment are in the Capstone section of your binder.
- Your One Word and Personal Quote will be shared at the LIT Graduation Ceremony.
- Your Reflection answers will be shared with your Manager.
- You can begin to answer the questions in your binder and save them in a Word Doc.
- Copy and paste your answers to the online assignment.

Capstone Presentations
Capstone Presentation Information
- We will assign you into Capstone Teams after your third LIT class.
- You will only attend your 2-hour time block that will include your team and one other team.
- Each team will have one hour total to present both Part 1 and Part 2
- Teams scheduled in the same 2-hour time block must select different classes to present on.
- You may use a PowerPoint, but it’s not a requirement.
- Be prepared to respond to questions from the audience.
Capstone & Graduation Invite Information
- Capstone Attendees: Sam, Marisa, Your Manager, and company leaders.
- A Capstone and Graduation email invite will be sent to your managers and other company leaders.
- Email Marisa if you have additional leaders from your company you'd like to invite to your Capstone and Graduation
- Your manager will automatically be invited.
- Please confirm that they have received the invite and that they have registered.
- Linked below is the Capstone Info Document that Sam shared in class.
Capstone Part 1: Your team will answer the questions below in your Capstone
30 minutes per team
- What were the main concepts taught in the class?
- Why do these concepts matter?
- Each Leader: How have you individually used the class concepts in your team, organization or leadership. What were the most important lessons you’ve learned and applied from this class.

Capstone Part 2: LIT Individual Reflection Presentation
3 minutes per leader
Share your LIT experience by answering:
- Who I was before I started the LIT Program…
- The LIT Program has transformed me by…
- Using what you’ve learned in the LIT Program as a whole, give examples of how you are, or plan to, apply the concepts taught in LIT to solve a problem, improve company culture, or positively impact your work environment
Your LIT Reflection Assignment will help you think through the past few months and allow you to share with the audience your thoughts on how LIT has impacted you.
