This workshop is designed for senior teams to identify current and aspirational cultural attributes and core values. The facilitator will survey workshop participants prior to the workshop to identify current status. These survey results will be shared prior to and discussed during the workshop. Participants will spend the majority of time together clarifying and identifying the desired culture and associated core values, as well as what needs to happen to bring the culture and core values to life.
