As a seasoned HR professional, she has collaborated with emerging and mid-market organizations as well as large corporations across industries including banking, insurance, technology and SaaS, government, construction, insurance, healthcare, and professional services. Suanna’s experience spans the full HR employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, talent development, retention, and succession planning, ensuring organizations maximize both employee impact and business outcomes. Known for blending strategic insight with hands-on execution, Suanna has successfully implemented initiatives such as HR policy development, tailored onboarding programs, engagement strategies, workforce development, coaching and training, and organizational design. She also manages sensitive areas such as employee investigations and conflict resolution, approaching each with professionalism and care to maintain fairness, trust, and overall workforce well-being.
Outside of her professional life, Suanna enjoys a vibrant family life with her husband, Tom, and their two young adult daughters in Fishers, IN. Originally from California, she made the move to Indiana in 1998 and has embraced the community ever since. Together, the family enjoys playing Euchre, watching movies, and hosting friends, bringing the same energy and dedication to her personal life that Suanna brings to her work in HR.
