Shannon Stroud is a solutions-driven professional with more than 40 years of experience as a leader in areas including human resources, training, professional development, coaching, marketing, and operations. She is highly skilled at building successful teams that not only achieve their goals but exceed them.

Shannon brings more than 45 years of broad and deep business experience from working for a number of organizations, beginning her career in the banking industry with JPMorgan Chase (and its predecessors) for more than three decades. There she held numerous positions in the banking centers starting out as a “Teller” before moving to the commercial side of the bank. She then held positions in sales, marketing, and training and development while supporting global activities with an emphasis in Latin America. She has also worked for a not-for-profit, a SaaS organization, a professional coaching firm, and a ”mom and pop” technology membership organization.

Shannon is a Certified Strategic Human Resources Business Partner and a certified Working Genius Facilitator. She is Master Certified in Reality-Based Philosophy, Hardwiring Accountability and Business Readiness, as well as a Certified Crucial Conversations instructor.

Shannon lives in Indianapolis, IN and in her time away from the office enjoys attending concerts and traveling to see the “world’s most perfect grandson and granddaughter” (along with their parents) wherever they might be stationed, and her other son and “bonus” daughter who live in the Chicago area.
